REFUND POLICY

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 10 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

  • If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of products is received by MAK BIOTEK. The courier charges for returning the broken cases will be borne by “MAK BIOTEK”.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We know life is unpredictable. You can cancel an item or the entire order as late as long as it is outside the Order Lead Time for the particular food item. In order to cancel a part or whole of an order please contact us on phone at +91-9555-654949 and quote your order number and date. We'll try to accommodate your request as best as we can.

REFUNDS

Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days before they are reflected on your (or a suitable alternative) payment method (Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.). Applicable taxes will also be included in your refund amount.
